Stress Related to Modern Lifestyle and Stress Management Strategies
PsyCare conducted a Workshop on Stress Management and Worklife Balance at Mahindra Insurance Brokers Pvt. Limited today, Tuesday 3rd December.
Dr Vikram Panwar, Snr Consultant Psychiatrist and Dr Ranveer Singh, Chief Psychologist delivered an awareness talk on identifying & managing stress at the workplace and shared expert tips on ways to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
After the awareness talk relaxation techniques were shared with the employees. This was followed by a Q&A session in which queries related to stress and mental health were answered by our team of doctors.
With the increasing levels of anxiety, stress, and burden of shrinking deadlines, corporate wellness programs which include stress management workshops play a pivotal role for leaders, managers and staff members.
